Cargo: Reagents (hazardous, requiring temperature control – using dry ice).
2 crates, 111 kg total (we selected the optimal route, adding dry ice at transit airports along the way to preserve the cargo).
Route: EXW Saint‑Grégoire, France → ROISSY CDG AIRPORT → Almaty Airport (ALA) → Sheremetyevo Airport (SVO).
Door‑to‑door delivery took 6 days.
Part of the cargo required constant cooling, so it contained dry ice. The cargo was picked up from the supplier by a refrigerated truck and delivered to a warehouse at –20°C. After customs clearance, we added an additional 30 kg of dry ice to each package to keep the reagents cold.
Immediately after the customs clearance paperwork was completed, the cargo was dispatched to Russia on the same day. In Russia, a warehouse with the required temperature conditions was already waiting for us, where our cargo received VIP handling.
