Transportation of equipment with large cargo units from Shanghai to Shchelkovo.

Due to the non-standard dimensions of the cargo units, standard aircraft loading options and pallets were not suitable, so we selected a flight with enlarged cargo hatches and the capability for piece‑by‑piece loading.

Shipping in several batches (with a total volume of 70 CBM and 9 tons) allowed us to avoid downtime during consolidation and stay on schedule. The route via Urumqi was chosen to ensure optimal connection with transit customs clearance and minimal transfer time at SVO. The delivery on EXW terms, with full customs support all the way to the door in Shchelkovo, took just 10 days in total. All equipment arrived without damage, and the client received predictable logistics for their time‑sensitive machinery.
