For bulky cargo that is sensitive to deformation, such as mattresses, proper packaging and securing inside a 40'HC container are critical. We took full control of the entire route – from forwarding at the terminal in Malaysia to customs clearance and door‑to‑door delivery in Minsk. We optimized the connection between the sea leg (Port Klang – Klaipėda) and the feeder service to avoid downtime during transshipment. Despite the long sea leg and the change of transport modes, the final transit time of 50 days is a competitive lead time for this route, confirming the reliability of the established logistics scheme.
